1. About us

These terms govern your use of the MW Motorsport website (mwmotorsport.co.uk) and the purchase of products and services from MW Motorsport, a performance automotive parts and workshop services business based in the United Kingdom. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary slightly
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred

3. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use them. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.

5. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Workshop labour charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Workshop services

• All workshop work is carried out at the customer's risk; we accept no liability for pre-existing faults or wear
• Quotations are estimates only; final costs may vary if additional work is required
• We will seek approval before carrying out work beyond the agreed scope
• Performance modifications may affect your vehicle's road legality, insurance, and warranty — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance
• Vehicles left on our premises beyond the agreed collection date may incur storage charges

7. Loyalty programme

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time. Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MW Motorsport's liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of MW Motorsport or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
